The "eBay" type platform for NSA's. The highest payer wins the top slot no matter where you live. It's must be hard to maintain that daily and knocking slots around for the next highest bidder, when you have a sincere notary giving them all they have, just to be moved down the line.
I am sorry she passed, but if Jeremy takes over it's only going more downhill. Be prepared.
