I want to add, as their marketing poly, once they find you have taken an interest (web search, they tracked you), you will start seeing all these $185-$250 closings in your area. It's a scam to get you to join that team. Nowhere are these closings out there, but they want to play that game to get to take your money, and then you will think you will get these (non-existent) closings in your area.
How do I know? Because that's what they did to me for about 90 days a few times a week...it finally ended and haven't heard a peep from them since last year.
They send you a text blast about 8" long to read before you can accept outlining all of the above. It's ridiculous.
They are in bed with Notary 2Go and their "Notary Stars" continuing ed. probably get a kickback from this recruiting tactic.
Then they will use the "no mobile scanner" in your car as another reason not to give you closings after you gave them your money. |
