That has nothing related to this. All the snooping is overboard here with some, diving into personal lives, what they do, how many closings, it's insane. Every pancake has 2 sides, it's between them, and both came on to explain. Clearly, they are worlds apart. We got the message.
The only thing I know is when you say you will scan and drop, you better do it or better be calling ASAP as to why you cannot and cover yourself. OP has a completely different story than SS. Seller docs are really important if the buyer is buying that same day or the next morning. The title doesn't intentionally make life hard on us, SS's boss is the title company. it's the chain of command. No matter who's at fault, sh*t runs downhill and we are at the bottom. |
