Printed out 3 of them and had him sign it various ways. Signed in the top block on the left on page 1, Initialed the bottom of a page 1, and signed the bottom of a page 1. Just had him sign at the bottom of each page 2. They ought to be able to combine them to make it work however they want it. Not much else I could do. Should catch it one way or the other.
