That is good! This business with all the deadbeats in and amongst the good ones are really training us that they are guilty before proven innocent. You had every right to feel like you did, but I have found that title companies do things their own way, but generally are a good bet for the smaller ones such as this. Another clue to look for is if they directly put your name on the CD or ALTA...then you get paid when it funds. jUst give them time...May 20th was a little jumping the gun.
On the bright side, if they never responded to you, they probably will use you again as ignored the emails you sent them. |
