LSA's need to have the "guts" to fire themselves and move on

It is a hard and scary decision. Block Snapcrap, Signingorder.com, etc. Ignore the pleas of "notary educators" to take more courses or spend money on notary directories as a way to get more business. It's not going to happen.

If you need money to pay the rent, put food on the table and pay for car expenses, I believe that there are plenty of $25 an hour ( plus benefits) jobs out there. Most people don't want to work for $25 an hour. It is unacceptable. For most notaries, it would be a promotion. If you don't want to work full time, then work 30 hours a week.

Tahe a hammer to your printer/scanner, etc.. Get out your aggressions/disappointments. Then open your eyes to a white hot labor market. Start looking and interveiwing by July 4th and be legitimately employed by Labor Day. It won't work if you are still "hoping and praying" for a return of 3.0% mortgage rates. A handful of HELOC's is unlikely to be significantly profitable. This is all about the bottom line profitability and money in your pocket. That's all I care about.

Of course, if this is just a hobby, it doesn't matter.
