I have to agree with Luckydog. I Have been a loan signing agent for 16 years in Bakersfield, CA. I can affirm that I have been to a lot single peoples' homes and have never felt uncomfortable. If I did, I would just pack up and leave. There are a lot of people that would prefer to meet at a public place and that is alright. It is their choice and I will always abide by that. But to just decide that you don't want to go to someone's house because they are single and male negates the word "mobile". You have to use common sense and as she said, these people are paying you for a service because they have a business deal to complete by getting a mortgage.
