I think it's all newbies who cannot break in the traditional way or get people to give them a chance. RON will be filled with the newbie class of NSA's.
Those in this business and making it are not enticed by $25.00 RON mortgages or DOT's. They are excited they actually have people emailing and calling and wanting to know if they do these, so jumping at that chance. Give it another month when we peak and we start getting back to normal in the workforce. They will have all those RON's being contested if done right and a mess. Everyone I work for is not interested in doing these. |
