Some of those companies who offer $75 will pay $100 plus if they can't find anyone to do it on the cheap. I don't usually waste my time countering with them, but I've had them call me on the phone late in the afternoon, sounding desperate and when I gave them my $$$ price, they accepted it. Make them come to you and you can almost name your price.
