The lower the pay, the larger the package
The lower the pay, the slower the pay "if" you get paid
The lower the pay, the more instructions and hoops to jump through

We can all hold out for $150+ a closing, and if you are experienced, many times not a problem based on location and their situation.

When you get to the reality of why these companies continue to offer $75.00 closings consistently,(for years and years) it's because there are plenty of inexperienced notaries doing them. They cannot compete with the experienced notaries who have better companies locked up and their #1's. They don't do it because they want to , it's because they have to or not work at all.
If they stop taking them, it ends. Simple.
Newbies didn't come this far to give up, so that answers why they take it. They cannot compete with us with 5,000 closings under our belt and have that niche area locked up.
