P.S. The panic (if that is what you want to call it, I call it a clue) is the runaround. As you said do not leave house without a confirmation as I did last time. They also wanted scanned back package. Buyer/seller. No problem. But for a 4pm signing I cannot do both and make the last drop off where I am. I voiced this. Again, no answer. Last one? This? Something not sitting right. Maybe the notary that takes this will do better and also can get my payment for May 20 for me.
