Re: Liberty Title & Escrow (Orlando, FL) UPDATE

It was a Buyer/Seller and I reached the Buyer on phone. My frustrations with not being able to get anything confirmed in writing except borrower address and time (for the second time) not only money but scanning and faxing and then reading a history on Notary Rotary just put me over the edge. Unfair. Maybe. ESPECIALLY. Get this. I later went to the mailbox. and Voila. A check for the May 20th signing. I certainly would have proceeded. Because I already accepted. But I didn't. I told them to get someone else. Did I stick them. I assume they got some one else. I hope they did. HOWEVER, the FRUSTRATION when you are asking questions including to confim agreed signing amount are ignored over and over again makes me give pause as to I can work like that. It sets you up to fail. If you make the "wrong" decision (what would that be?) What happens? No one has told you the right decision. i.e., I cannot make fedex and scan back and make fedex tonight because of time scheduled. What do you want me to do? NO ANSWER! again and again.

Anyhow, I am going to put a new Post today for those who may have read and I added to their feelings of a NON-PAYER, That certainly was unfair and inaccurate. As for bad communication. They definitely at the very least need work. If someone dies at the company, you have no paper trail. Silly but true.
