that notaries must belong ( @ $300.00 per year) to in order to receive signing opportunities from INK It also offers the required continuing education courses mandated by INK for its notaries for a fee. They actually take attendance.during the CE courses.
Finally, Notary Stars offers a free monthly recruitment sermon delivered by Ronnie to new desperate notaries eager to earn $65 an assignment. During one video, Ronnie smiled as he talked about how notaries can be black listed. The black listing could be seen by the majority of hiring parties and that it would follow the notary for the rest of their career. It was like a threat. If you don’t follow my rules, I will make a negative comment on your file for the world to see.
Apparently there is no shortage of notaries willing to give Ronnie their money.
