As one of the manger for the company I wanted to chime in on behalf of Live Notaries LLC, in regards to the confusion and claims being made in this forum. I just wanted to make it clear to everyone that if you have any questions or unsure about who we are or our business practices you can contacts us directly.
We have many happy notaries and customers we have worked with and continue to work with us. We pride ourselves on being a rush Notary Service for customers who do not have time to call around to individual Notaries to find one that is available. We also offer fast payment options to the Notaries we work with. All assignments and fees are offers that can be negotiated. If you do not feel the offer is satisfactory please feel free to counter or decline as the Notaries we work with are all independent contractors and not agents or employees of Live Notaries LLC.
We have read the comments in this forum and have improved our line of communication and payout instructions. We always try to assign notaries who are within a 10 mile radius of the customer and the fees paid reflect it. Our service fee is charged to the customer for using our rush scheduling service to cover expenses such as advertisement, staffing and other overhead costs. Our prices are very competitive compared to some of our nationwide competitors who charge up to 3x our prices for the same service.
To clarify the payout questions some of you had. We pay out our Notaries within 1-2 business days of receiving their payout information. Many notaries do not pay attention to the instructions on how to submit for payment and wonder why they have not yet been paid. We can not pay you if we do not have the correct information. We also send out 3 notices explaining where to send payout information and keep records of this as well for anyone who may accuse our company of none payment.
Please feel free to contact us if you have additional questions! Thank you.
