my mailing address is the P>O> box, my temporary address is the one in Fair Oaks. I had to move out of my home of 20 years in January in 2 weeks time because I had been managing duplexes there and a slumlord bought the property and I was on a management agreement not a rental agreement. They are in the process of kicking out all the tenants from the 20 units.
