...You want to know which lender's want this, then which title companies will comply (most) because that's what they do to keep big accounts, and then all these SS's mentioned to serve these title companies. The way this is, is the trickle down effect just with SS's, and you should cut in direct with this new system.
I would recommend start breaking into your larger local title companies or lenders and personally offer this service, give them your card and Pavaso trained certificate or whatever they give you, and then you skip that SS and you may get the majority of their closings all in one location, and with luck, they will print for you right there what needs to be printed, and with negotiation, perhaps you can work a deal to be their "go to", and call you first and even pay for any equipment needed or use theirs. Start thinking outside the box, and work smarter not harder.
This is here to stay this time. Where I work, we just went green, and this paperless system is the last step in the process...they want it, it's coming by years end.
