Apparently lots of them are also taking out heloc loans as a cushion to get them through the coming slowdown. I believe I've signed at least three helocs for bank/lender execs just in the past two weeks. For their sake, I just hope the lenders don't decide to close them down as some did during the Great Recession.

All of the above is a pretty good indicator of what some industry leaders see coming...
