YES! It was Sacramento county.

But I wonder whether an ack having only the applicable pronouns are invalid from the get go or whether the clerks in Sac county are too exacting.

I've never filled out such an ack but I've seen how lawyers and such use form software that will usually plug in the proper pronoun.
