 Re: My Borrower

Last week I had a 1031 exchange sellers package with an attorney who called me in the morning to tell me he tested positive. I sat in his conference room with all windows and door open. We double masked and gloved. He sat in an adjoining area (lobby), signed two documents where I watched him execute these (deed and disposition of escrow proceeds). Then he signed other docs in his office. He is a sole practitioner. Only does investment properties. Took 10 minutes in and out and i was paid appropriately for this task. I have been completely vaccinated and boosted. Didn't get sick at any time during pandemic and knocking on wood I stay healthy. I am just happy he forewarned me.
