Please help me to clarify what was told to me from an agent at the NNA. I inquired about their signing agent course and they stated that their course is a bundle with their background check, which I did not need because I ordered a less expensive background check somewhere else. The agent stated that I would end up paying for their background check because a majority of signing agencies (such as snapdocs) only take NNA certified signing agents. Is this true? Please someone help to clarify because I do not want to pay for another background check due to false information.
