I guess we just see it differently. My statement was based on Bear's comments about things not being made clear. I've no doubt their agreements are carefully written to remain within the letter of the law. That doesn't mean people can't misunderstand or be "deceived". The average lay person isn't familiar with the ins and outs of real estate and may not think of the issues mentioned in Bear's post above, among others. That's why folks hire a real estate agent/loan officer to begin with.)

Sometimes the most important aspects of an agreement have to do with what is NOT said...
