I completed two signings for NatUSA back on 10/7/17 (over two months ago). Payment from NatUSA was late and for the wrong amount. When payment arrived earlier this month, it was only $100.00 and should have been $200.00. When I followed-up, Wayne Snyder hung up on me. I asked him to apologize for hanging up and he did apologize. Then, he texted me a photo of the handwritten envelope with the check on Wednesday 12/6/17. Two days later on Friday morning, 12/8/17, he texted asking if the check arrived. When I said no, he replied, "There's something wrong with your mail. You should have gotten that check right afterwards. I sent you a picture on Tuesday or Monday." I replied, "You mailed it Wednesday (not Tuesday) so it should arrive this afternoon. See above text trail showing you sent the pic on Wednesday." My check finally arrived on Saturday, 12/9/17. |
