Yes, I'm sure of the name. The website is http://www.natsettlement.com. There isn't much there either. I also looked them up at the New York Department of State and found them listed there. Doesn't seem as if anyone here has worked for them, however. The appointment I scheduled with them for last night cancelled anyway. C'est la vie! Thanks for responding.
