Hello Victoria and Welcome to Notary Rotary!
If you are a Premier member here, you have access to "Signing Central" (a tab that appears [only for Premier members] in the black banner above). Signing Central (SC) is a listing of hiring entities. It is generated and updated by NR members. Some of the information is not current as some members don't enter their reviews/experiences. However, it is a starting point for marketing and vetting. It's up to each one of us to do our research and vet each company we intend to work with.
IMHO, SC and the cost of supplies and the forums here on NR make the cost of Premier membership viable. Besides, it's a business expense on your taxes if you itemize. 
Your post says, "Please do not suggest the lowing paying agencys, I know they are more frequent." Please remember ... This is YOUR business. As such, YOU set your fees. Regardless of what the hiring company says they pay, you tell them what your fees are for whatever assignment.
