I agree with all comments above, to this point. Unless you're a lawyer (preferably specializing in real estate), you're likely to have a tough time reaching your goal. Business has just been very slow for us since interest rates went up, and some lenders have been transitioning to all-online signings via RON.

I'd be curious as to why you decided to venture into this business at this time...
