Corliss, if you have worked as a mortgage closer for 21 years then why spend money to learn about what you already know? You only need to become a notary, but why would you? This business has gone down the tubes. Of course you must have plenty of title company contacts which would highly benefit you but there just isn't a lot of work available for any of us.
