I wouldn't suck into the "volume" promise. They may be getting a discount from you when you do all the work, buy the supplies, pay for the gas, etc.; however, you can sure bet they are still charging their full price to the title company that hires them. I would be willing to bet that they themselves make at least double, if not triple what you make on that closing. Their entire cost is the phone bill and sending your check. You foot all of the costs. Put more value on yourself as a professional. |
