Not enough space for seal on letter scanned to legal
Posted by  Ever/CA on 5/4/07 12:15pm

The other day I did a signing where the docs came as a PDF with all the docs scanned to legal size. There was one doc that had the correct jurat wording but very little space for the seal. However, since it was originally in letter size and the scanned doc was now legal, it had lots of space at the bottom.

I wasn't sure it was okay to put my seal below the line that clearly marked the end of the document so I decided to attach a loose CA JURAT instead.

What would you have done or normally do in such case? Is it okay to use the space below the originally-letter-sized document?

Thanks,
Ever
