It appears they have a very long history, on and off, of doing that. The address they use is just a box in a Mail Boxes store, which makes it more difficult to track someone down for payment. That's the main reason I like to make sure I have a physical address for any company I work for (including title co's, although they generally include that info in their email signatures).

If you do a search on this forum for "collections" (or any similar wording you can think of), you'll likely find lots of suggestions on how to "get paid". Good luck!
