HINT: Nobody does a same-day payment unless
A. You are working directly at a title company and they cut you a check
B. They are so rotten they pay pal you upfront and don't do anything unless you see it in your account.

Live and learn, so sorry, next time read the reviews and never be afraid to say "no". It's hard for newbies especially when they are so nice on the other end of the phone, but it will give you pleasure when you do consider their history and you can tell them exactly why.
