OK you smart notaries - what goes in the blank
Posted by Mills Mobile Notary Service on 7/3/24 7:27pm

I have notary certificate that I transcribed below. What goes in the blank ?

Before me, a Notary Public, on this day personally appeared known to me (or proved to me on the oath of

_________ ) to be the person whose mark is made on the foregoing instrument and acknowledged to me that he executed the same for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.

Given under my hand and seal of the office (Date).

This is really old legal english and I'm stumped.

Any advice?
