Here, it's the norm rather than the exception, but more likely because of custom (maybe training on the part of LOs or RE agents?) than anything else. So I'm always careful to not mention it unless I see it listed on the ALTA SS or CD. The issue comes up often enough, though, where I find myself looking at the Settlement Statement for purchase signings, in response to BO questions, to see if it's included.
