I have been taking those for two weeks now...$1.31 is a month supply. I am going back to get about five more bottles - I feel so much better and more energetic, it's like a miracle.

Another perk - from Wal-mart is these little packets of 0 calorie drink mix. You can dump them into a bottle of water. I do not like to drink water and I really needed to get more of it - especially with summer coming on. With these little things I am easily drinking my needed gallon a day. Hardly buy cokes anymore.

(By the way - "cokes" in Texas is like saying Dr. Pepper, Pepsi, or sprite...I guess like using "soda" or "pop" elsewhere. I have been putting these little notes in here and there because there is someone here who has an interest in Texas sayings. )
