Years ago, I used to happily accept work from them. But I believe she went through a rough spell (understandably) after she lost her husband, with payments running late, etc. We didn't meet on fees anymore and I stopped hearing from her. I hope she's since got things rolling and under control, and is again doing well.

Sometimes no news is good news. Other times, it means someone hasn't been doing business. I hope her situation is the former.
