So, I knew as soon as some topic you disagree with me would come back, and oh yeah, "you moved on" "Get off my lawn" attitude....and I did, and can leave anytime. No skin off my butt, but the consensus did not want me to leave. I huess you were not in that group. I have no idea of how or what you are trying to get at in this post. How do you know if a NSA is a single? The borrower does not select the NSA who does their closing. What does being single have anything to do with anything? Why do you feel that single men have something to worry about? I took it that an NSA would accuse the signer of attacking him? Or are you sating a single guy would be assaulted by the NSA?
Call me crazy if you will, the only one who doesn't make any sense is you. You even bring your husband along on closings time to time, who sits in the car until invited in, and this runs through your head, and really defending your stance. That is all good, just can't figure out what that meaning is. Is it just me?
To me, meeting at a hotel = you meet in the business center or lobby area. I don't ask for their room number, that is highly inappropriate, and common sense says you do not go into hotel rooms, and no SS would ever put you in that precarious position. I have done hundreds of hotel closings in 12 years living in this area, and maybe once went up to a room because they had 4 kids still sleeping. No problem, and never did I feel unsafe. Maybe tighten the post up and give us a clear understanding of your concerns and fears before you jump on me, and oh yes, I can move on and delete my account anytime. I am not an NSA as a profession any longer, but still do occasional closings where I work. If you want to jump down my back, I will gladly leave. |
