An Alzheimer’s patient can’t sign legal documents, and with a letter from the doctor stating the incompetence, this POA should never have happened and would never hold up in a court of law. Anyone accepting a POA when it is obvious that incompetence is involved, needs to consider the repercussions — again, license to steal. |
