AND THIS is where the $50.00 side-gig s/a will put exposure on the parties involved... I deal with a few RE attorney type clients... An error like this can be a long and expensive process. TC, Lenders, and Signing Services could be on the hook... NP not so much. We are heading into a changing time O(think back old timers) and if you remember some of the hostel tables you sat at before... just wait. |
