My goodness, they do make it clear in the contract we notarize for them.
Just because people don't read what they are signing doesn't make it a scam. It's all in writing in that contract. They prey on people again NOT READING what the heck they are signing away.
You can't change stupid, and anyone who enters into these types of agreements really needs to know or have it read and explained by an attorney.
As much as we may think it's a scam, it's not by definition. It's a ruthless contract clearly spelled out what its intent is and what you receive in exchange for it.
