Plastic is my first choice, especially in wet weather
Posted by  Cheryl Elliott on 4/23/19 12:39pm

Back in 2005 I came home one night after a rock and roll day literally in the trenches. There was a card stock UPS envelope with documents for a HELOC, wet and soggy.

I had to lay all the pages out on towels, then scanned critical documents and made a good copy for signing.

I called the vendor, who was very appreciative of my "extra" diligence, but no way was this a profitable assignment.

UPS should have put the envelope in a plastic bag and hung it on my door handle.
