Yes, I got out of taking applications for the most part. If I am really slow and one comes through for the right price I will do it, but not as a habit. They take just as long as the closing, people have to gather information and pay is not as good. Then you run the risk of not being paid if they do not qualify or continue on with it. There is nothing to notarize, so we are basically there for the procrastinators who cannot do this timely themselves and get it back to the LO.
