Unfortunately, this NEW company cannot be added to signing central because whoever this is is already a member, either a notary or a previously listed and rated Signing Service.
Thoughts to ponder:
Who opens a new Signing Service in our present business climate? (March 2018)
Why is there no "physical address" for them, only a postal box (UPS) address?
Why are none of phone their numbers traceable? Why are they hiding? Who are "they", PSS? Is this another deadbeat company arising from murky foul waters, one that disappeared without paying their notaries for years?
How do notaries collect if their are nonpayment issues?
Very suspicious to me. I'm glad LD got paid. I think she got lucky.
However, PSS doesn't pass my sniff test, so I'll pass on any "opportunities" to work with them. Be careful, fellow notaries. Don't get left holding an empty bag!
