Correct, Linda. LO was distracting. They're all talking recent island vacations, bringing up and sharing photos on their phones. It was difficult to get borrowers to focus on signing. They'd sign one doc and back to pix ... I'd interrupt with next doc and they'd sign and back to pix ... and on it went 'til we were finally done.

Normally, I don't mind the chit-chat and the socialization. But, c'mon now ... let's get 'er done!
