 Question for all my lovely peers re: public request for.....

a photostatic copy of a journal line item. I was recently served with a written notice of such. In the over 13,000 signings this is the first time it has happened to me. The question I have is, for those with personal experience with such, am I supposed to black out id info? Looked at the journal but it doesn't mention anything about that. I would think so since its personal, identifying info. Thanks in advance
