I have been reading about all these companies that don't pay. We need to create an "Avoid List" because of this. There must be something we can do to put a stop to this. I know there are companies out there that take a while to pay but I'm talking about the ones that don't pay at all.
Most of the signings that I do come from a "Middle Man". A title company, etc will contact a company that in turn, contacts you/us.
You'd think that if the title company, etc., knew just what kind of person they were dealing with then maybe they wouldn't do business with anymore (one could only hope) then maybe all the non paying companies could get "weeded out".
Any ideas? I'd love to hear them. And any avoid lists that you could email, I'd be grateful.
