Even with us being an attorney state and NOT allowing electronic notarization real estate fraud is on the rise here in MA. This article is about just one of the homes here that was involved in a scam, the 2nd article is far worse as the property WAS sold and the scammers got away with over $500K and is a total legal mess for all parties involved.
