I came here today because I needed to find a D.C. notary for a R.E. broker I've done freelance for. I spoke with him and he says he doesn't participate on here (based on his profile, he should). Some feel it's unnecessary to network and/or collaborate due to their extensive experience. Of course, that's why such support is needed!

TC found me here (NR) last week and I waxed a super big grin from this email afterwards:
