 Remote Online Notarization Act

I am all for progress but RON is not going to be it. Calif. is a fraud target... Notarizing documents from a remote location is dangerous. Been thru two melt-downs before and wasn't pretty. IF you have clients who are RE lawyers ask them.... Even the investors have jitters about this,,, already getting issues with the online doc signings when the revisions don't match..
