Great responses. It doesn't sound like anyone is eager to jump on the IPEN wagon. I quizzed the first caller on the pricing. She said "you'll get your regular fee" but that's too low for everything I have to provide. I tried changing my fees through partner management. He said "if you won't take the standard fee I'll remove you from that county." They will farm it out to a SS if you don't take the low fee.

So I guess I'll pass on the IPEN. You are all right. Only the most tech savvy borrowers like the RON closings. People grumble even with the hybrid closings. This has to be a desperate attempt at keeping the e-closing alive.
