AMROCK has done a herculean drop of rolling out its RON platform. They spent a ton of money perfecting the platform. I think it is great and would gladly do them all day long.
The problem is that there is no volume and too many notaries are jumping on the few new signing opportunities that come across their app.
The job market is white hot. Wages and compensation have risen substantially (except if you are a notary). Household incomes have soared. This means that there are fewer people running up exorbitant amounts of credit card debt. Consumer's home equity has indeed increased. At best, there may be a modest uptick in HELOC's. I have no interest in doing $75 HELOC closings. That's a loser assignment.
My cost of living has risen substantially. I only do assignments that are very profitable.
