It could be a number of things besides what it appears to be...sometimes they are not clear about what the assignment is. Could be just a one page of something they termed as the generic "signing" they need done...Quit Claim deed, and Warranty Deed.... I live near GQ and ever came through for me, so tells me I have that company blocked. Unless I can go within 5 minutes, $25.00 is not enough, but if close by can be deemed GNW as well and a tank of gas for me. We don't know. I judge the company more by the assignment.
